The Shimano Canadian Cyclocross Championships, presented by Volvo will have both an Expo and an area set aside for teams. For locations, please see the course map. In addition to site space, tents, power, tables and chairs are available.

Exhibitors in the Expo Area can expect significant traffic. 10,000 people are expected on site each of the three days.

What you need to know about securing a space:

• The main expo area is located in the Forks Market Plaza–the busiest area of The Forks and the social hub of the race venue.
• Team area includes access to a private backstage area with washrooms and showers. And it is also located close to the pit and finish line.
• The number of tents available to rent is limited. Please reserve early to ensure you get one.
• Vans and trailers with awnings are restricted to the team tent area only. RVs and other large vehicles are not permitted in the team area.
• No generators allowed on the grounds.
